My name is Kieran. I spent 9 years serving in one of the toughest military units in the world — the Royal Marines. My career took me from the freezing extremes of the Arctic, where I completed the Cold Weather Warfare Course, to leading teams as a Corporal, pushing others beyond what they thought was possible.

Alongside my military career, I've lived another life in the boxing ring. With 13 years of boxing experience, 25 amateur bouts, and the honour of representing both the Royal Marines and the Royal Navy, I've learned the meaning of discipline, focus, and resilience under pressure.

Having lived in the fitness industry for over 15 years I have trained to the highest of standards, coached multiple individuals and competed at elite level. I will make sure that you give yourself the best possible chance in achieving your goals.

My Story

I'm 28 years old and for 9 years I served as a Royal Marines Commando. During that time, I had the honour of representing both the Royal Navy and Royal Marines in boxing at an elite level. Boxing has been a huge part of my life since I was 13, and I've been fortunate to train under some of the most highly respected coaches in the sport.

The Marines gave me far more than just physical toughness. I completed the Corporal Leadership Course, Arctic Cold Weather Warfare training, multiple live fire packages, and extensive operational training. Those experiences taught me discipline, resilience, and what it really takes to perform under pressure - lessons I now bring into my coaching.

Fitness has always been at the centre of my life, but nutrition and weight management have also played a huge role. I've cut down from 78kg to 64kg in just 7 months, and through that process I learned the importance of not just hard work, but smart planning and balance.

Today, I help people achieve their goals, whether that's preparing for the military, building muscle, or losing weight. I know what it's like to start from scratch, and I know what it takes to reach high standards. My aim is to provide the knowledge, support, and resources my clients need to get where they want to be.

For me, coaching isn't just about training sessions - it's about guiding people to push past what they thought was possible, and helping them build the mindset and habits that last a lifetime.
