Service Agreement

  • Personal training services are provided by certified fitness professionals
  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system
  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice to avoid charges
  • Clients must complete health screening before beginning any program
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or behavioral reasons

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health information and disclose medical conditions
  • Follow safety guidelines and trainer instructions during sessions
  • Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other clients
  • Pay for services according to agreed payment terms

Prohibited Activities

  • Using our facilities or services while under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
  • Recording or photographing other clients without explicit consent
  • Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury or health complications
  • Clients participate in all activities at their own risk and discretion
  • We maintain liability insurance but recommend clients have their own coverage
  • Results are not guaranteed and vary based on individual effort and compliance
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Payment Terms

Payment Methods

  • • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • • PayPal and digital wallet payments
  • • Bank transfers for package deals
  • • Corporate billing arrangements available

Billing Policies

  • • Payment is due at time of service or booking
  • • Package deals must be paid in full upfront
  • • Late fees may apply to overdue accounts
  • • Refunds subject to our cancellation policy

Health and Safety Requirements

Medical Clearance

Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns must obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before participating in any fitness program. This includes but is not limited to heart conditions, joint problems, pregnancy, or recent surgeries.

Emergency Procedures

In case of injury or medical emergency during training, we will provide immediate first aid and contact emergency services if necessary. Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, medications, or emergency contacts.

Assumption of Risk

By participating in our fitness programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and other potential health complications. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, workout plans, and software, is the property of FitScale Pro and is protected by copyright, workout plans, and software, is the property of Maxivus and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

  • • Personal, non-commercial use of our services
  • • Downloading materials for your own training
  • • Sharing success stories with proper attribution

Prohibited Use

  • • Reproducing or distributing our content commercially
  • • Reverse engineering our software or systems
  • • Using our trademarks without written permission

Service Termination

Client Termination

You may terminate your service agreement at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for unused services will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • • 30-day notice for ongoing programs
  • • Immediate termination for single sessions
  • • Prorated refunds where applicable

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or behavior that compromises safety or disrupts our operations.
